Global Deployment – Carbon Fiber Robotic Additive Manufacturing System

Served as Lead Robotics Engineer for the international deployment of two ABB 6-axis robotic Directed Energy Deposition (DED) additive manufacturing systems for continuous carbon fiber production.

Led full system commissioning in Japan, including robotic calibration, motion optimization, thermal process validation, and structured system qualification. Ensured the equipment was properly installed, operated within design specifications, and delivered consistent production performance. 

Designed and delivered technical training programs for over 100 engineers and technicians in Vietnam. Covered system architecture, robotic programming, maintenance procedures, and operational best practices to guarantee long-term production readiness.

Coordinated across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and materials engineering teams to deliver validated, production-scale additive manufacturing capability.
